Training Participation Certificate – EfbV Qualification
The participation certificate for training in accordance with § 9 para. 3 EfbV (§ 56 para. 3 KrWG) is essential for companies operating in the waste-management sector that require proof of professional qualification.
It confirms that the participant meets legal requirements and has up-to-date technical knowledge.
The training covers key topics, including:
the German Circular Economy Act and relevant regulations
waste hierarchy, separate collection requirements, and documentation obligations
rights and obligations of certified waste-management companies
handling hazardous waste
interfaces with related legal areas such as emissions control, water protection, or chemical law (see training content on page 2 of the certificate)
